Each item in the collection has been designed and created by the in-house design team headed by Gemma Metheringham, joint managing and creative director. They are crafted from luxurious materials with meticulous attention to detail and feature iconic elements of the brands design signature.
Millen and her business partner Kevin Stanford started out in 1981 with just a £100 (RM495) investment.
Touted to be one of the first truly global design-led accessible fashion label to emerge out of Britain, today Karen Millen has established a global presence for itself with more than 300 stores in 40 countries and retail sales of £250mil (RM1.23bil).
In 2004, the label was acquired by the Aurora group and early this year, it was re-established as an independent label.
The anniversary collection is intended to be future collectibles.
